Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returns eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition. 

Items must be returned in original packaging where possible. 

Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Earrings and pierced jewellery (if applicable)

Personalised or custom-made items

Items marked as final sale

3. How to request a return

Please include:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for return

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

 

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.  Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider)

5. Shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the entire order is faulty or cancelled under cooling-off rights

6. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will offer:

A replacement (if available), or

A full refund including shipping costs

7. Cancellations

Under UK consumer law, customers may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving goods, unless items are exempt (see section 2).
